Overall we had a good time, the food was very good, most of the staff were extremely friendly but I’ve had better service at all inclusive resorts (Jamaica and other resorts in Mexico) and far worst service (Dominican Republic).This resort offers discounted wedding and/or honeymoon packages and the services of a wedding coordinator. The other concierges loved to point us to another area of the resort to speak to someone and then they acted like it was an inconvenience. 
Each building (total of 3) had their own concierge which sounds nice until you can’t find them or they are off for the day.
Biggest issue was with the concierge service. We did notice on one night at one of the restaurants they refused to move two tables together to accommodate a family the size of 10.

We were not a fan of “needing” reservations for one of the resorts 4 restaurants when they were never full during any part of our stay. We did notice that the friendliness and attention was better from the morning and lunch time staff compared to the nighttime restaurant staff.
